Pezzolano: “There are many young people and they have been emotionally affected”

Posted on September 27, 2024 by ISRAEL

The coach of Real Valladolid, Paulo Pezzolano, has indicated in a press conference, after losing to the RCD Mallorcawho was sad, because another result was expected, and pointed out that “there are many young people who have been emotionally affected.”

“We controlled the game in the first half and in the second, with the goal the players break, because they are young people who give their all, but who are emotionally affected. It’s going to be very hard, “We have to be prepared, lift our heads and look for the three points in the next game,” has said.

Regarding the lack of goals, he indicated that “The players work very well, but the goal is expensiveand the one who has a goal is expensive, but these people are going to fight and work like they are doing until now.”

In this sense, he pointed out that “it has tremendous wear and tear”, and there are players who “in the statistics, don’t have a goal, but someone is going to have to score it.”

He is clear that the dynamic is negative, that Real Valladolid “delayed a little in some actions, and hit the mark, but it is within the plan.”

“We competed until the first goal and after that blow, and receiving a second, a goal was found. “We have to continue growing,” he added, while ensuring that “there is a squad, but it is fair, and with very young players, and that is suffered.”

He believes that if “instead of hitting the woodwork you score a goal, it goes up, and that’s why, when the dynamics change, we will find those results, which will be very difficult to achieve, soand we will have to give more than one hundred percent”, has added.

Regarding the debut of Maroto and Chascoexplained that “it was excellent”: “Both are hustling and working well, and whenever there is a player from the club who is the same as another who is not, they will come in,” he assured.

As you have detailed, Luis Pérez is “with an annoyance”, and tests will be done to see what he has, while at the same time he has shown himself to be “very happy with all the young people”, who are going to be important “because everyone is needed.”

Regarding the next rival, the Rayo Vallecano, He pointed out that “they are a team that is doing well” but he only thinks that they have “another chance to win at home” and he trusts that the dynamic will change, the goal will be found and that will change the enthusiasm on the field.

“The championship is very long, there are many teams down, and although we all want victory now, “You have to stay calm and keep working,” has concluded.
